diarrhea has fired his second salvo at the New World Order, with an added sense of urgency this time, as world political events and spiritual warfare accelerates. The serious songs are more grave in the wake of the exploded levees in New Orleans, which was the rapper's home before Portland. The funny songs are even more obscene. Unlike the last album, there is no "breeze that blows the blossom across the field of laughing children." Though there's still tons of heart, expect heightened aggression, like on the paradoxical "kill a hermit", which has enormous hit potential. DJ andycriest has outdone himself as well, constructing otherworldly beats on songs such as "cup of sorrows" and "up the ante". The album sounds smoother than the last one (but don't worry: it was still made in a basement by people living in poverty.) Amidst the giddy insanity, the rainy chill of Portland seeps in. A clip of Alex Jones opens the album, and it closes with a devastating emotional punch.
